/ Licensed Agent & Adjuster

Both sides of the table. One plain-spoken perspective.

I wrote policies as an agent. I evaluated claims as an adjuster. That combination is why I started this site — and why the guidance here is different.

— Why this site exists

I know what the file actually says

I spent years as a licensed insurance agent — learning how policies are written, sold, and explained. Then I crossed over and worked as a claims adjuster, which is where I learned how coverage decisions actually get made.

Most people navigating a claim or a coverage dispute don't know which questions to ask — or who to ask them to. Attorneys are expensive and often unnecessary. Agents have a product to sell. I don't have either of those pressures.

Everything here is my professional opinion, offered plainly. No gatekeeping, no referrals, no runaround.
